'Crust & Craft Pizzeria originated from a straightforward vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi kin in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-oriented venture, with recipes passed down the family tree.

Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered pizza-making during her excursions across Italy, mentored by prominent Neapolitan pizza chefs. After returning to the UK, her ambition was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and premium components.

From the humble beginnings of a 12-seat pizza shop, we've expanded into a cherished community fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and genuine recipes remains as strong as ever. We continue to rely on the traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and seek out the best ingredients available.

Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still under family direction, steered by the subsequent generation of the Rossi family, upholding a team full of zeal. We may have modernized certain aspects, yet the core of our enterprise remains unwavering: forging delectable, bona fide pizza that unites families and friends.
